Our Cabernets

A blend of five clones of Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) with smaller amounts of Cabernet Franc (15%) and Petit Verdot (5%) planted in 1980 on the historic Pressing Matters Morningside vineyard. These old vines produce a deep and dark blackcurrant/cassis fruited wine of great character and ageing potential.
